Project Description
The Message Consent project aims to equip elementary school educators with consent teaching skills, using innovative child-centered methods and interactive lesson plans that promote healthy social interactions and gender equality. The project also aims to prevent gender-based violence and promote the mental health of children and teachers, by creating supportive discussion spaces that protect against bullying in schools.
Objectives
The objectives of Message Consent project are:
Easyto use teaching
Develop simple and effective teaching tools that can help educators and parents teach consent to elementary students as a life skill.
Preventgender violence
Prevent gender-based violence by promoting early education that teaches young boys and girls to respect personal boundaries, understand their own desires and those of others, and practice respect in all interactions.
